Assistent^® Original has stainless steel bowl of 7 liters, and a lid, roll, knife, scrape, dough hook and now the double beater with associated plastic bowl as standard accessories. All our models has seamless speed control and timer. The powerful engine with a unique gear design, located directly under the bowl, makes the mixer very powerful - a prerequisite for optimal baking results.
The machine is capable of as much as 5 kg dough at a time!
